hand weights: to keep up the pop physique upper arm training while away (similar on "shop" page)
yoga mat and props: post workout savasana...and the occational yoga practice (similar on "shop" page)
ball: mostly for sitting on and stretching out my back. i lack the coordination to do anything else on the ball. (similar on "shop" page)
portable roller: for my legs, they need so much love. not bad for the back either but it's not foam so it's not tender. (similar on "shop" page)
replacement water bottle: i left this in california so ordered a new / back up. keeps the water cold, fits in my tiny hands, squirts easily and has a pocket for my house keys. (link on "shop" page)
infuser bottle: because flavored water is so much better than not flavored water. (link on "shop" page)
cowl neck, no thumb holes |
full hoodie, with thumb holes |
the hoodies: i'm a big fan of the athleta brand. i love their cowl neck-ish hoodies, they are so soft but not fuzzy soft. i had a friend mule the lower one over to me during a visit last month. similar here
loving the moto look |
alo moto yoga pants: expensive i know, but i reside (usually) in the land of athlesure. i currently reside in the land of not enough active wear to sustain me. these are by far the most comfortable yoga pants i've put on, sorry lulu. i'll definitley be ordering another design, maybe a pair that covers my heels.
my friends have named her the "turquoise tornadeo" |
bike: by far the biggest purchase of the lot. budapest is a very bike friendly city and this will be my cross training. i may not even need the hand weights as i'll be carrying this up to the 2nd floor (tech the 3rd) each ride. this is a kelly bike manufacture for hungary, i think. for a link to the local shop where i bought it, click here!
until next time...
a note about the "shop" page. this is an affiliate link, so if you purchase via that link, i think i get a nickel or something.
